POPOOLA OLUKAYODE JOSHUA is currently running for governor in Oyo State. Engr.Chief Popoola Olukayode Joshua , Fnse was born to the great family of PA Adegoke Popoola of Ojo Ewena Compound at Oke Offa Babasale area ,Ibadan in Oyo state on 18th December,1963. He obtained his first school leaving certificate in 1975 at Methodist Primary School,Iware. He later proceeded to Methodist Secondary Modern School where he obtained certificate and further his Secondary education at Oranyan Grammar School,where he obtained his 'O'level GCE in 1982. After this, he proceeded to University of Lagos,Akoka where he graduated from the department of Civil Engineering with B.sc(Hon) Civil Engineering in 1987. He did his National Youth Service Corp(NYSC) between 1987 and 1988 during which he served as Supervisory Engineer at Ministry of Works ,Otukpo, Benue State.
