UMARU DIKKO RADDA (born on September 10, 1969) in Dutsin-ma Local Government Area of ​​Katsina State. He is a politician and a candidate for governor of Katsina state under the APC party in 2023.He started his first education at Radda Primary School from 1974-1980. He attended Zaria Teachers College between 1980-1985. [1] He attended Kafanchan College of Education in 1986-1990, where he obtained his NCE certificate. He was a school teacher between 1989-1999. He worked as a banker with the defunct FSB World Bank between 1999-2003. [3] He was the Chairman of Charanchi Local Government of Katsina State between January 2005 and April 2007.
