EKANEM SUNDAY FRANCIS is the Area Commander Mini Okoro Area Command, under the CP Zaki M. Ahmed led Rivers State Police Command. He was born on the 5th of May 1966 & Enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) on the 18th of May 1992. He has served as a *Divisional Traffic Officer, Gashua Yobe State in 1994. *Police Public Relations Officer Yobe State (PPRO) in 1995. He is currently running for governor in Akwa Ibom State.
