OKON UKO USEN is a native from Ikot Ebia, Etoi Clan in Uyo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Born on the 27 of August 1982. A graduate of Architecture (Bs.c) from the University of Uyo. Served his compulsory national Youth Service Corps (NYSC) , Federal College of Education and Technical , Umunze, Orumba South LGA of Anambra State.
